How we teach
Classes balance movement games, partner drills, and simple Jiu-jitsu fundamentals. Coaches use clear routines and positive reinforcement so children know what to expect and can focus on one success at a time.
Coach Mary leads the program with a calm, encouraging approach. The goal is a confident first experience with martial arts while building the foundation for Youth Jiu-jitsu.
