Program Description

The Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) program at Pedro Sauer Academy helps kids ages 7-14 build confidence, discipline, body awareness, and practical self-defense skills in a safe, structured, and beginner-friendly environment.

While competition is available for interested students, our primary focus is developing skills that benefit children both on and off the mats.

Class Format

Structured, gi-based Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction that helps kids build practical skills, with age-appropriate drills and activities to keep learning engaging.

Weekly Schedule

Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are held on:

  • Monday: 5:10–6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 5:10–6:00 PM
  • Friday: 5:10–6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00–11:00 AM

Youth BJJ classes are typically led by an experienced black belt instructor and supported by one or more assistant coaches, allowing students to receive individual guidance throughout each class.

Age Group

The youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is designed for kids and teens ages 7-14.

No prior martial arts or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu experience is required — beginners are always welcome!
