This hands-on BJJ seminar teaches women and teens to use leverage, not strength, to escape holds, break free from pins, and stay safe under pressure against larger opponents.

Classes are conducted with trusted partners in a safe, supportive environment where participants train at their own pace.

Conveniently located for participants from Ashburn, Chantilly, and surrounding Northern Virginia communities.

Continue Your Training

Students who attend our Women’s Self-Defense classes may choose to continue their martial arts journey through our Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes and Adult Muay Thai programs, where they can further develop self-defense skills, confidence, fitness, and technical ability.

Training Opportunities for Families

Parents may also wish to explore our Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Youth Muay Thai classes, which help children develop confidence, discipline, coordination, and practical self-defense skills in a structured environment.
